We have a ton of experience when it comes to cleaning, managing customers, and dealing with renters. All members of the board are also professional cleaners and have over 5 years of experience. All board members take prosperity cleaning very seriously. Each member goes out and provides services alongside Prosperity employees to ensure that we are providing services that are above expectation, which is our company moto.

This is an additional option for owners who already have a cleaning service, but wants to make sure the house is good to go for guest check in. This option is automatic when using Prosperity Cleaning Service as your cleaning service.

Yearly Contract Perks
Vacation Property Owners:
Owners/representatives receive Complimentary service for signing the yearly contract. Each guest receives a starter pack. The Owner also receives 2 free owner Cleans within that year. Whenever the property has been sitting empty for over 2 weeks, the owner will receive a spiff/spruce service before guest arrival. This service includes making sure the property is guest ready by making sure surfaces are still dusted and cleaned and removing dead bugs.
Residential Owners:
Owners receive 2 free exterior cleaning services.
Reward for 3rd Clean
Owners/representatives receive 50% off voucher after 3rd clean, that can be redeemed at any time.
Residential reward program
Owners that are receiving the residential cleaning services participate in the reward program. In the reward program the owner receives free service for contract clean with no missed cleaning days and on time invoice payment. Please refer to the reward program booklet. Rewards change monthly.
Sign Advertisement
If the owner advertises Prosperity Cleaning Service sign “This house is cleaned by Prosperity Cleaning Service”, in their yard, they will receive $20 off of all their invoices until the sign is removed.
Referral Program
For each customer referral, the owner receives $50 off of their current invoice. After the owner has received 4 referrals, they will receive one free clean
